Book Web site promoting Colleen Kinder’s guide to creative, unconventional career paths for college grads.
Site features include:
- Annual Delaying the Real World Fellowship competition, with online application form that submits to a database. The author and her publisher can then review candidates’ submissions, print applications, and select finalists through a dynamic Web-based review system.
- “What’s Your Favorite Travel Blog?” contest: Site visitors nominate Blogs through an online form that submits information to a database. The publisher’s marketing staff can then review all submissions through a Web-based content-management system, where they can approve select entries for publication dynamically to the live Web site.
- Public message boards for book discussion, ideas, and information exchanges.
- Dynamically published Blogs and updates from fellowship winners.
- Standard content features, including book information and excerpts, author biography and tour schedule, original writings for the site, and more.
- Photo gallery of real “delaying” experiences—from the author, friends, and fellowship winners.
