• User-feedback feature that collects and publishes the opinions and personal stories of site visitors:
  1. Visitors enter their comments into a form on the Web site.
  2. When they click submit, their comments are recorded in a database, and an email notification is sent to the publisher’s online marketing manager.
  3. The email contains a link to a Web page where the marketing manager can review and approve the submission for publication on the site.
  4. Once approved, a submission is immediately pulled from the database and published to the live site.
